A control valve is a power-operated device used to regulate or manipulate the flow of fluids, such as gas, oil, water, and steam. A control valve can be operated electrically, pneumatically, or hydraulically using the actuators or with manual intervention.

Globe Valves

Globe valves utilize the “port closure” concept of valves. By this it meant that fluid passes through a specific opening (rather than a general passageway, as in the case of gate valves), and the fluid is controlled by means of a stem-mounted disc or inserted plug in that area.
Despite of lacking the straight through, unobstructed passageway of the gate valve, these globe types are superior in two key aspects – throttling and service ability under frequent use. They are better at the throttling function because they permit fluid to exit uniformly around the circumference of a seat, rather than “slicing” down to limit passage through a narrowly restricted area.
We deliver bolted bonnet type from Class 150 up to Class 2500 from 2’’ up 16’’ and pressure seal type from Class 900 up to Class 2500 from 2’’ up to 16’’.

Gate Valves

Gate valves serve as efficient on-off valves with flow in either direction. In such a design, a wedge slides cross a general passageway in order to control fluid flow (like a sliding gate – hence, the name). One of the most significant characteristics of this type of valves is its straight-through, unobstructed passageway when set in the “full open” position. This is made possible by the wedge lifting entirely out of the passageway. As a result, gate valves are characterized by a minimum of turbulence and pressure drop in operation. While gate valves are good for applications requiring these two factors and They are designed for on/off service.
We deliver 2” – 36” || Class 150 – Class 2500 bolted bonnet type gate valves and 2” – 20” || Class 900 – Class 2500 pressure seal type gate valves.

Check Valves

While not a valve in the traditional sense, check valves serve an important application—namely to prevent flow in one direction while allowing it in the other. A check valve is self-actuated and designed to prevent fluid from flowing back into the system (prevent reverse flow). Real-life applications include preventing backflow into an injection line or into a pump. The fluid flow opens the valve by forcing a disk or ball in one direction. When the flow stops, the disk or ball is seated and closes the valve. They can be installed in horizontal or vertical upward flow piping.
We deliver bolted cover type from Class 150 up to Class 2500 from 2’’ up to 36’’ and pressure seal type from Class 900 up to Class 2500 from 2’’ up to 16’’.

Butterfly Valve - Double off set Valves

Double offset Valves:
The double offset valve design produces cam like action disc movement. This action reduces seat wear and eliminates seat deformation, There by extending service life and reduing operating torques when compared to centric butterfly valves.

Butterfly Valve - Triple off set Valves

Triple offset Valves: Triple offset butterfly valve offers endless advantages to the business, and most as of late they’ve gotten consideration in view of the job they can play in controlling criminal emanations. A triple offset butterfly valves can be the correct arrangement when a tight seal is required. As the name suggests, three separate offsets are planned into the valve. They are:
1) the middle line of the circle/seat sealing surfaces,

3) the hub of the seat cone point that is offset from the middle line of the valve bore. Plug Valves

There are 2 main plug valves that are sleeved plug valves and lined plug valves.

Instrumentation Ball Valves

A Stainless Steel Ball Valve is a kind of quarter-turn valve. The versatile and popular SS304 Ball Valve uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball, which in turn is used to control the flow. The 1/2 Inch Stainless Steel Ball Valve is said to be open when the ball’s hole is in line with the flow. On the other hand, a Stainless Steel Ball Valve 1 Inch is considered to be closed when the valve has been pivoted 90-degrees by the valve handle. The handle of the Stainless Steel Float Ball Valve lies flat in alignment with the flow when open. When the Stainless Steel 3/8 Ball Valve is closed it is perpendicular thus, making for easy visual confirmation of the valve’s open/ close status.

Needle Valves
